2. Scope of Services

Our Services include but are not limited to:

• International courier via DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, and our own network
• Air & sea freight forwarding
• Customs clearance assistance
• Warehousing and distribution support

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Services. By engaging with us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate shipment details including contents, value, weight, and destination.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, customs, and regulatory requirements.
• Not ship prohibited or restricted items (e.g., hazardous goods, illegal items, counterfeit products, or items restricted under international trade laws).
• Pay all charges, duties, taxes, and fees associated with your shipments.
• Indemnify Aajrocket Global from any liability arising from inaccurate declarations or unlawful shipments.

5. Pricing & Payments

• All rates are quoted based on weight, dimensions, origin, destination, and service type.
• Special spot rates may apply for bulk or high-volume shipments.
• Payment terms will be communicated during booking; late payments may incur penalties.
• Prices are subject to applicable taxes, surcharges, and fuel adjustments.

6. Delivery & Transit Times

• Transit times provided are estimates and may vary due to customs, regulations, carrier delays, or force majeure events.
• Aajrocket Global is not liable for delays beyond its control, including strikes, natural disasters, government actions, or airline/sea line disruptions.

7. Customs & Regulatory Compliance

• All shipments are subject to customs inspections and clearance.
• Customers are responsible for providing necessary documentation (invoices, licenses, permits, etc.).
• Any penalties or fines due to inaccurate or false declarations will be the responsibility of the shipper.

8. Liability & Insurance

• Our liability is limited to the lesser of: (a) the declared value of goods, (b) the actual direct loss, or (c) liability limits set by carriers or international conventions.
• We strongly recommend purchasing insurance for high-value or sensitive shipments.
• Aajrocket Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, opportunities, or reputational damage.

9. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Customers must not ship prohibited items including but not limited to:

• Illegal drugs, weapons, ammunition, explosives
• Hazardous materials and radioactive substances
• Counterfeit goods or intellectual property-infringing items
• Perishable items without prior approval
• Currency, bearer negotiable instruments, or precious stones/metals (unless agreed)

Aajrocket Global reserves the right to refuse or suspend shipments that violate these rules.

10. Account Management

• Dedicated account managers may be assigned for frequent shippers.
• Customers must safeguard login credentials for any online booking systems provided.
• Aajrocket Global reserves the right to suspend accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, service descriptions, branding, and materials remain the intellectual property of Aajrocket Global. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aajrocket Global and its partners will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate Services if:

• You breach these Terms;
• You fail to pay outstanding charges;
• Your activities are illegal, fraudulent, or harmful to our reputation.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, wars, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or system outages.
