At Aajrocket Global, we are committed to ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of your shipments worldwide. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we handle the processing, transit, and delivery of shipments booked with us. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all shipments handled by Aajrocket Global, including international courier, air freight, sea freight, and door-to-door delivery services.


2. Shipment Processing

  • Shipments are processed after confirmation of booking and receipt of full payment.
  • A unique tracking number or airway bill (AWB) is generated for each shipment.
  • Customers are required to provide complete and accurate information including consignee name, address, contact number, and contents of the shipment.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery timelines vary based on the destination country, service type, and carrier availability.
  • Standard international courier services typically take 7–12 business days.
  • Air freight services generally take 5–10 business days depending on route and customs clearance.
  • Sea freight services may take 15–45 business days, depending on the port of origin and destination.
  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of booking but are not guaranteed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, weather, strikes, airline/sea line disruptions).

4. Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver to 220+ countries through our network and partnerships with DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, and our own dedicated channels.
  • Certain remote areas may require additional transit time and may incur extra charges.
  • Customers are encouraged to verify delivery availability for specific destinations before booking.

5. Tracking & Notifications

  • Customers can track shipments using the AWB number provided.
  • Real-time tracking updates will be available via our website or partner carrier portals.
  • Notifications regarding shipment status, customs clearance, or delivery attempts will be sent via email or SMS where available.

6. Customs Clearance & Duties

  • All international shipments are subject to customs clearance in the destination country.
  • Customers must provide accurate documentation (invoice, packing list, permits, etc.) as required.
  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country are payable by the consignee unless otherwise agreed.
  • Aajrocket Global is not responsible for delays caused by customs or non-compliance with regulations.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • For courier services, carriers will attempt delivery at least two times.
  • If the consignee is unavailable, the shipment may be held at the local depot or service center for collection.
  • Additional charges may apply for re-delivery, address changes, or re-routing requests.

8. Packaging & Labeling

  • Customers must ensure that shipments are properly packed to withstand handling and transit conditions.
  • Fragile or high-value items must be securely packed with adequate cushioning.
  • Improper packaging may lead to refusal of acceptance or damage for which Aajrocket Global cannot be held liable.

9. Prohibited & Restricted Items

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipments do not contain prohibited or restricted items under Indian law, international trade regulations, or the rules of destination countries.
  • Prohibited items include hazardous goods, illegal substances, counterfeit items, and perishable goods (without prior approval).
  • Shipments found to contain prohibited items may be confiscated, destroyed, or returned at the customer’s expense.

10. Delivery Delays

  • While we strive to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:
    • Customs clearance procedures
    • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, wars, pandemics, etc.)
    • Airline/sea line disruptions
    • Incorrect consignee details
  • Aajrocket Global is not liable for delays beyond its control.

11. Proof of Delivery

  • Shipments are considered delivered when signed for by the consignee or an authorized representative.
  • Electronic Proof of Delivery (ePOD) may be provided where available.

12. Undeliverable Shipments

  • If a shipment is undeliverable due to incorrect address, consignee refusal, or regulatory issues, it may be returned to the origin at the customer’s expense.
  • Charges for return shipping, duties, and taxes will be borne by the customer.

13. Insurance

  • Basic carrier liability applies as per international conventions.
  • Customers are strongly advised to purchase additional insurance for high-value or sensitive shipments.
  • Aajrocket Global is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, market losses, or reputational damage.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, government restrictions, system failures, or global supply chain disruptions.
