Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be applicable for our services. By engaging with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Service Bookings & Cancellations
- Once a shipment booking is confirmed and picked up, it cannot be cancelled.
- Cancellations may be possible only before shipment pickup, provided that no costs have been incurred (e.g., airway bill generation, carrier booking, customs documentation).
- To request cancellation, you must contact us immediately at sales@aajrocket.com or call +91 73091 29501 with your shipment reference number.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Service Not Rendered: If the shipment was not processed or dispatched due to an error on our part.
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same service.
- Overpayment: If payment received exceeds the actual billed amount.
- Carrier Refusal: If a shipment is refused by the carrier before dispatch due to reasons not attributable to the customer.
Refunds will not be applicable in cases where:
- The shipment was delayed due to customs, government regulations, strikes, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipment information was provided by the customer.
- The shipment contained restricted/prohibited items.
- Duties, taxes, or surcharges levied by customs or carriers are non-refundable.
3. Refund Process
- Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–15 business days after approval.
- Customers must submit a written refund request along with proof of payment and shipment details to sales@aajrocket.com.
- Refunds may take additional time depending on the policies of banks or payment gateways.
4. Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are strictly non-refundable:
- Customs duties, VAT, or any other government levies.
- Fuel surcharges, handling fees, and security surcharges.
- Charges for attempted deliveries, address corrections, or re-routing.
5. Policy on Failed Deliveries
- If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, consignee refusal, or absence of recipient, re-delivery attempts may incur additional charges.
- If the shipment is returned to the origin due to customer error, all charges (forwarding, return, customs, duties) will be borne by the customer.
- Refunds will not be issued for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipment information provided by the customer.
6. Force Majeure
No refunds or cancellations will be entertained in cases of delays or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or disruptions in carrier operations.
